他是指當程式集內有一大串連結時,不常用的會藏起來,要按下方一個小箭頭才會展開
跟office2000跟officexp上面工具列差不多效果......

不過我不用開(作業系統保持乾淨,幾年都不用重灌)

可是這樣設...不常用的程式會和在WIN 2K中的開始-->程式集一樣藏起來.....
剛剛發現...用WIN XP的工作列模式時得到控制台的"工作列及開始功能表"改.....

不過....這篇放在系統組件討論區比較合適....和顯示卡有關嗎??

sorry I posted the wrong place. I need is like win 2k where it hides the porgram folder that's not using frequently. I think people told me that under "classic" look of xp it can do that, I am wondering does it works under regular start menu of win xp.

there's two shell under XP,if you use Classic start menu,plz choice the customize item->[Scroll Programs,Use Personalized Menus],i think that's what you want....

btw,i feel the new start menu is more better than classic,it also can remember what programs you usually used,and also can increase the numbers of memory...

thanks for your reply. I like the new start menu too. But I like the old menu where the infrequent used programs are hidden. I am curious that can I use the new start menu but still have the unused program folder remain hidden instead of changing to the classic start menu.

i think maybe you will be disappointed....at most only can scroll the program groups,but it replace the usual programs to left list...

i also increase the number of usual used programs to 12,it's enough,and program group!?rarely touch it..he he he
