阿媽爽讓我很不爽啦
最近在AMAZON訂了一筆訂單
用了COUPON 和stl 結帳時金額都有扣掉喔 結果現在還沒有寄出， 今天去查了一下帳單，竟然發現 Item(s) Subtotal: Shipping & Handling: Total Before Tax: Estimated Tax: Grand Total: $64.93 $11.46 ----- $76.39 $0.00 ----- $76.39 COUPON和STL通通不見了 足足多了快20塊美金，怎麼辦啊? 要寄信，也找不到電子信箱可以寄。 麻煩各位大大幫幫忙 |

I have the same problem and I wrote Amazon a complaint letter, and below is what they have replied:

抗議啦,我也遇到同樣情形,為什麼我就沒有$20.00 promotional certificate？
越想越火大, order status 為 shipping soon,可是就是不寄 Godfather 似乎還缺貨,好想罵髒話 |

You can 100% get your money back. However, the additional promotional certificate is not guaranteed available for everyone. |

I think I am entitled to get the free $20 promotional certificate cause I have 2 orders which had missing "Pomotional Certificate and STL" so I mentioned in my complaint letter that due to their careless eror, I may have to pay the IMPORT TAX when I receive my orders.
