最近在AMAZON訂了一筆訂單
用了COUPON 和stl
結帳時金額都有扣掉喔
結果現在還沒有寄出，
今天去查了一下帳單，竟然發現

足足多了快20塊美金，怎麼辦啊?
要寄信，也找不到電子信箱可以寄。

您最好是reply你的訂單，這樣子他們的工作人員，比較容易處理。

Amazon 答應補寄我遺失的 order,到現在已經一個禮拜了,甚至還沒寄出@!$$#%
請問大家,之前跟 Amazon 反應多久後會補寄出來啊

So I am not only get my refund back, but they also give me a $20.00 promotional certificate for Free to use for my next purchase!

This is what I call 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!! Cheers Amazon!!:D

越想越火大, order status 為 shipping soon,可是就是不寄

Amazon's system is unstable recently.

You can 100% get your money back.

However, the additional promotional certificate is not guaranteed available for everyone.

I think I am entitled to get the free $20 promotional certificate cause I have 2 orders which had missing "Pomotional Certificate and STL" so I mentioned in my complaint letter that due to their careless eror, I may have to pay the IMPORT TAX when I receive my orders.
