DELL 2709 睡死要怎辦
還沒買到一個月, 今天出包了
 回家一開, DVI-1面板鎖死在1024x768, 完全無法調...這下要怎辦?

昨晚在DELL論壇看了一大串3005WFP, 不少人掛的一樣方法, 不是一個死就是兩個死, 不過3005WFP好像最後有人試出可行的修復. 3005WFP的進階單, 有DDC/EDID選單, 可是2709沒有...怪的是國外這問題好像都在2408/3005上, 沒有2709, 難到我拿到機王....
剛剛自己修一陣子, 應是EDID損壞了, 和3005是一樣的. 頭檔應是00FFFFF......., 而我的DVI-D 1卻是50FFFF...DIV-D 2卻是OK. 這種DVI-D睡死好像最近開始出來, 和NV之前那DDCW不一樣. DDCW好像無法reset那8 bytes的頭檔...不管了, 再用powerstrip看看能不能改, 不能大概只有送回了.....不過很不樂觀, 免費powerstrip在DVI-D下, 完全不能控制, 那DDC好像掛掉了, 雖然2709選單有啟動  我的2709是在采河買的, 過七天了, 找DELL時需要發票購買證明嗎?流程如何呢? 唉, 花那麼多錢買多端子, 爬文才發現不僅DVI有問題, Display Port和HDMI也有, 甚至VGA.....這是兩萬多的品質嗎 實在很不想去換貨, 這臺亮度平均, 沒亮暗點, 誰知換回來會怎樣?那當初去店家搞那麼久是搞心酸的

昨晚試了一下, Powerstrip無法更新DVI-D 1的EDID, 但是DVI-D 2卻可以. 這樣應指DVI-D 1的EEPROM有防寫就是損毀了, 也難怪DDCW無法重設標頭檔. 看來整能叫客服來換了....

今天打給客服, 下午就來換了, 不過是良品(剛好三十天, 不讓我換新
). 只能說一整個慘, 換到去年五月生產, 九月出貨的, 快要一年的舊品 . 更糟的是, 測了一下, 擔心的事發生了, 中間一亮點, 左邊偏亮  .....這樣可以再換嗎

這款不是保固三年或五年(賣價不同),當然可以再換.Dell 不是號稱服務不錯?下次來換記得請他等一下讓你測一下,如不滿意就拒收然後開罵.客服的服務隨你所說的嚴重性而會有所不同.就看你怎麼掰(這台近三萬也算高檔貨居然是這樣處理).一個月換一年,就說你父親要用的並對結果十分不滿意這樣的結果.請小姐體諒一下換個近新品吧.不然後續大家來吵.都拒收. |
