E-Bike~ 14歲女違騎撞死81歲老婦
早說過這種電動機車太危險, 小屁孩, 老寶, 當作自行車在騎, 逆向,急停急轉,人行道...
連照後鏡都不會看, 免考照+速度快+聲音小 (這點最要命).... 這種事不會是最後一次~  單這次的事件~家屬也質疑少女明明沒滿16歲，卻還能註冊租借E-Bike, 講什麼屁話, 這裡是哪裡?? 未滿18歲還不是照常到處可以買煙, 差別只在沒有馬上抽死人~  大家都嘛在比運氣, 最近運氣最差的當然嘛是過海的那八個~  此文章於 2015-07-05 09:10 AM 被 mount 編輯. |

考照也沒用
電動自行車不考照也要阳制年齡 國中生還是很幼稚,讓他們去騎腳踏車就好 |

youbike很拼命踏大概不到25km/h．．．這類機車不知上限設多少？

電動車時速25都不用掛牌
在路上看到屁孩騎也不用意外 真要管制就是無牌都不準上路 |

25還真的滿快的，尤其是自己不用出力  ....youbike經驗可能降到15km/h比較適合

應該定義清楚，e-bike跟e-scooter或e-motocycle 量級不同。
那女孩騎的算輕型機車等級，怎可以以ebike規範？ 台灣立法執法都不用腦袋想的嗎？ |
