初期Larrabee會有16~24核心,每個核心都有32KB的L1快取和共享4~6MB的L2快取
製程採用45nm ,初期時脈約可達1.7Ghz到2.5Ghz ,TDP也達到了150W左右,不過這些數字在實做出來之前都還有變數 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

應用之前intel的浮點運算核心吧,
可以想像成是intel 的 many-core 計畫的一部分

Intel想把顯卡架構統一成IA架構吧
如果成功的話代表Nvidia出局了, 只剩下Intel跟AMD能生產顯卡了 (除非Nvidia未來也能做x86......) 另外, 昨天看到一個很好笑的Larrabee中文翻譯 ==> 那爛B ![]() |

實際上用啥核心邏輯架構來做運算是沒啥差 Driver 提供出來的API 跟 3D API 已經隱藏硬體實作 Intel IA Core相對應NVIDIA Stream processor 基本上就是做浮點運算的基本單元 最重要還是整個GPU的架構要如何有效的發揮基本單元應有的效能 不管是Driver,硬體的MEM存取,指令解讀跟THREAD發配 要如何將3D的API 對應到硬體指令,以及整體的效率最佳化 軟體 硬體 各占一半的功夫... 現在的INTEL 軟體還差很遠,硬體也許拉近了一點

我倒覺得Intel說的事情很有可能成真 多核心技術快速進展+主機內建顯示晶片日益強大 未來的顯示卡市場勢必越來越小 市場小,價格又怎麼便宜的起來 開發成本也會受到限制 比財力又怎麼比的過Intel? 何況Intel還打算出多核CPU架構顯示卡來吞掉越來越小的顯卡市場... 與其害怕N社獨大,不如去擔心Intel通吃吧... 不管如何,未來數年的遊戲肯定越來越逼真,真想玩啊... 此文章於 2008-04-04 04:43 PM 被 xds333 編輯. |
