[求助]請問這封確認信的內容是......??
好像是要我傳真信用卡影印本是嗎??其他看不太懂說

You need to provide this information again because, for your security, we do not keep financial information in our databanks (it is destroyed at the moment your transaction is completed). After you have sent us your information, we will contact your financial institution to seek a confirmation of the information you provided and the financial information you gave us is then rendered unsusable. To process the verification, we will need a faxed photocopy of your latest credit card statement (it is important that you submit the statement for the card you used to place your last order). This statement, MUST include your full address, the name and phone number of your financial institution and your credit card number. Our fax number is (Canada)514-221-2163 Please, note that without this information, we will not be able to process your order or any other order you might have pending. Also, until your account is verified, you will not be able to place new orders. We are sorry for this inconvenience and we thank you for your cooperation. |

稍微翻一下(翻重點),如有誤之處,請見諒!! 為了要降低網路信用卡詐欺事件,需要你提供最近的信用卡(你下單的那張信用卡)帳單, 上面需要包含了你的完整住址,姓名,銀行(financial institution不確定喔)電話,和信用卡卡號, 傳真號碼是1(國碼) 514-221-2163 如果你沒傳真的話,他們就無法處理你的訂單,直到你的帳戶是確認過後,你才能再下新的訂單 |

第二筆才要我傳信用卡帳單確認??? 其他人有這樣嗎? 我也才新訂了2片阿??  |

我用了超破的英文跟她們說我上一張訂單也是這樣寄出了.信用卡也沒問題.為什麼現在又要確認呢?
dvdsoon回覆我: We verify the address details at the time of the order. If your credit card company does notice an error they do contact us. At that time we do ask that you fax a copy of your monthly statement showing your billing address, your financial institute, and your credit card number. If you are not comfortable showing transactions that have been made you may hide this information. Please do keep in mind that this is to verify the ownership of the credit card being used on this account. Thank you! 我只看的懂他們說已經確認我上一次訂單的住址.....其他...麻煩英文好的大哥啦 |
