請問一下，我的顯卡是AMD 290，發現在播放某MPEG-TS格式影片時，
只要一跳轉，影片就會卡在那花屏或閃爍，通常過幾秒後就會正常，
原先以為是影片的問題，後來拿到N卡的電腦試播後，卻又不會?有方法解決嗎?
目前沒其它同格式影片可測試，所以不知是不是同種格式都這樣。

驅動版本：Catalyst 13.12
播放軟體是用Media Player Classic - Home Cinema，設定沒動過，是預設狀態，其它相關的什麼也沒裝。
