請教 Seagate 送修回來良品的保固問題
很久沒發文了。
最近送了一顆Seagate 120G SATA去新加坡。 本來是保3年，壞掉的時候已經過了一年2個月， 因為聯強似乎超過一年之後就要手續費， 所以選擇80元寄到桃園代收站， Seagate新加坡也很快的寄了一顆給我。 但是新收到的良品，保固卻短的只剩3個月？ 請問有經驗的前輩，這是普遍現象嘛？ 謝謝。

正常送修回來的良品是用原來的保固日期再加上2~4星期才對，你可以發個email到Seagate要求更正。 |

謝謝你。
 我是先收到硬碟的(壞掉的在收到良品後才寄出)， 本來想說應該程序都沒問題，就沒檢查， 前幾天想到查一下良品的保固才發現，保固縮水還真多。 原來是他們搞錯了。 我剛又查了一次。 變成： Warranty Status：Unknown Options：Confirm Entry 可能他們也發覺有異吧。 希望下次改回對的來∼不要損害消費者的權益呀！
