急問 地址寫錯怎麼辦

.....沒人回應只好自行摸索...
但交易玩後才發現地址寫錯
要如何跟amazon講....我英文不好

建議你先到"your account" 查詢"Open and recently shipped orders"
如果訂單還在Not Yet Shipped, 你可以變更你的地址, 或是直接取消訂單.
我想你的訂單應該還未寄出, 因為billing address錯誤的話, amazon是無法
扣款的.

我訂單已經送出...
沒有 Not Yet Shipped....
.....只有Open Orders ,點進去只有我購買的商品且沒有修改的地方...
我用中華郵政的翻譯地址,不小心把x1號之x x樓給他輸錯成x號之x樓..變成x號之x,沒有樓....
我目前用很破的英文寫給對方,不知道來不來的急....

那堆英文是amazon的回信吧?
大意是說由於地址錯誤, 該包裹可能無法寄給你
現在改地址已經太晚, 訂單已進入運寄程序中.
一般而言, 寄錯的包裹通常會被退回到amazon,
一旦收到包裹將會退給你全額(含運費).

但我還是很好奇, 為何billing address不符
信用卡公司還是授權amazon扣款 -__-
你也許可以打電話給信用卡客服, 要求止付.

不是24小時內可取消嗎....請問amazon是不是已經寄出還是終止了.....

我想這個包裹會退回amazon的機會應該蠻低的
因為地址寫錯 除非沒有該地址
否則平信包裹 郵差放著就走 因為不用簽收

如果已經shipped
我想只有聽天由命了
不然去跟寫錯住址的住戶說一聲

其實樓主不必太過擔心!!

由 Amazon.com 的回函, 的確來不及更改寄件的地址, 不過, Amazon.com 應該不會讓消費者吃虧的!!

1. 如果 Amazon.com 收到退回的包裹郵件, 將會退費 refund 給你, 屆時再重新下訂單, Amazon.com 強調他們不會重寄無法寄達的包裹!!

2. 如果 6/27 (預計寄達時間之後4週) 以前沒收到 refund 的通知, 請主動聯絡 Amazon.com, 他們將作適當的處置!! (我想應該會直接退費~ )

總之, 等候 Amazon.com 的訊息吧!!

此外, 花一點時間, 將你在 Amazon.com 的個人寄件地址修改過來, 或許也可嘗試另外下一張新的訂單試試~
