★急，請問如訶取消amazon.ca的訂單
剛剛為了要查證購物程序中的一些小問題，就隨便試了張訂單，可是我忘了已經登入後一些程序和初次訂購不同，結果那張訂單就已經成立，請問我該如何取消這張訂單呢？

1.進amazon.ca後選又上方your account
2.view by order框框裡面有個cancel items or orders 3.輸入密碼 4.在open order左邊有個view or change order 5.not yet shipped左邊有個need to cancel a item? 6.把要取消的東西打勾..如果全部打勾就會取消整張訂單 7.選擇cancel checked items |

如果你是用1-click結帳的話...如果倉庫有貨的話...那很抱歉...就不能取消了...
如果不是...那就看看上面的運送狀況...如果是shiping soon...那也不能取消了... 如果不是...它有一個選項"need to cancel this order"...之類的...選這個就能取消啦....

please、jeff641125兄，謝謝你們，我已經來不及取消，因為order上已顯示shipping soon，這也實在太快了吧，我才下訂單不到廿分鐘，該訂單已經備好了，只怪自己太粗心............

對不起，再請問如果該筆訂單不能取消，那是否可再加買片子上去，因為金額未滿50元加幣，不能用COUPON，所以看看可不可以把傷害降低....

我最近在amazon.ca下的兩次單
都在一個小時內就shipping soon了 想要後悔的機會都沒有...

站務人員的回信會要消費者參考RETURN的事項 意思是說可以把貨退回去 但....相關細目就請您自己看囉 而且SHIPPING SOON之類的字出現確定無法做任何更改 所以還是等貨寄來再退吧 運費應該會REFUND吧?! |
