普通中產單獨是無法炒的．．我老闆開公司，年薪據我知道拿500有回家，他也在一次吃飯說過，他去銀行是借不了錢的．最近聽到他說這種零利率甚至到負，就是要去銀行搬錢，但問題就是在沒有變上市或有混到更有力圈子之前，是沒有機緣可以去搬．．
