You can sign up with them as they have a charge-back protection for merchants like us. You will most likely be assesed 3% charge for uploading your funds with moneybookers.com, which we will credit your account with us for future usage.
There also could be a limitation in the money you can send for the first few months.

Cost could be prohibitive depending on what bank you use. We will credit you $15.00 with mileage for future purchases.

4. Send document
email us a scan of the front of your credit card along with a picture ID that shows an address which matches the shipping address. We cannot ship to POBox Address as shown on your order.

有四種方式交易
1.經由moneybooker.com 這應該是類似paypal.com之類的公司

3. 電匯 要多付$15(美金吗?)

4. 影印信用卡正面 和一張你的身分證之類的ID(有住址之類的資料?)
上面住址要跟寄貨地址一樣 住址不能事P.O. BOX

看你要用哪種方式交易請決定後告訴他們
然後他說你給的住址並不完整
如果要交易請提共完整地址資料給他們

也就是說現在是不能用郵政信箱囉~
因為我記得訂單時她們都已經有扣款了吧.還繼了確認信給我

IMO國際匯票
到銀行外匯部門櫃檯講要買IMO,要告知匯票收受人或單位的姓名，
繳錢後銀行就會開一張匯票給你,你再將匯票寄去給seller。

那時候再回的時候一直想不起來中文怎麼講
只好給他po box:D

關於第一種 如果跟paypal一樣的話
基本上你要跟那各網站開戶
輸入你的銀行或信用卡資料
等他們確認沒問題之後你就可以由這網站付錢
他們會從你的銀行或信用卡扣款
當然賣家也要有註冊才行交易
萬一對方有欺騙行為
可以從這網站詢問(反正就是你不會馬上便冤大頭)
對雙方都有保障

這是重點，Paypal大家的確很熟悉，至於Moneybookers.com就不清楚了。
上網查一下有沒有人使用過這家公司的服務。如果可信，再依ys4221兄所講
的使用方式即可。
