在Amazon買capser寬螢幕版的,卻寄全螢幕版的
 

今天收到Amazon.com寄來的包裹,
發現買capser寬螢幕版的,卻寄來全螢幕版的,
更誇張的是訂單中明明是寫(Widescreen Edition),
點下去卻連結到(Full Screen),
因為之前收到不少STL,不曉得其他網友有沒有相同情況?:( :(

可以寫信到客服反應....

我的還沒寄到,應該這幾天會到,我也有點擔心了....

今天收到,急著打開看看,還真的有點擔心...哇~
真的我也中標了,我也收到全螢幕版!
我剛剛又上網確認了一下,我確實訂購寬螢幕版,結果一點連結
跟原提人說的一樣,居然跑到全螢幕版去,看來是amazon.com本身
建檔的錯誤造成的!
唉~又得等待他們寄新的來.......

這張我原本也有訂，但後來想先買其他片子就砍單了，要不然應該我也會中標....:jolin:

由回信的內容看來,應該不少人都會發生此現象,
而且我賺到一片全螢幕版的Casper,:D :D :D
以及STL的價差,
看來有空的時候,再訂Casper寬螢幕版的,
Amazon的服務果然是世界級的:cool: ,
只不過收到那麼多STL,回應的人卻那麼少,
難道大家都潛水去了嗎?:confused:

我大概今晚8點寫了封email過去,想不到晚上9點就馬上有回應,新片子已安排
國際快捷準備寄出,效率真是快,沒有枉費我這麼支持它.
不過我壓根沒想到要退費,但是我還是擔心他們又寄錯片子,因為剛上網一查,
怎麼又是全螢幕版,所以我又去函再度提醒他們先確認好片子再寄,希望別再出錯了.
