AMAZONe下錯單如何砍單呀

剛剛才下單
不到五分鐘就給我
SHIPPING SOON......:tu:
害我砍不掉
偏偏他的HELP又複雜
實在是找不到如何請他幫我砍單
連寄個EMAIL都找不到....:jolin:
想打電話....但.....也是找不到
唉唉....
哪位仁兄可以教教小弟如何在他還沒真正寄出來前取消訂單呀

發e-mail我想是來不及處理,想發發看的話,

你是按到"1-Click ordering. "嗎?(最好把他給關掉)
如果是的話就不能砍單,要在你的帳戶裏選這項"Cancel items or orders"才可以砍單
等到東西寄來了再退回給他.可能會損失一些運費.
小弟之前也發生過.

如果是"Usually ships within 24 hours"的片子
通常下訂單沒幾分鐘就會變成Shipping Soon了
一直都是這個樣子,所以下訂單的時候就要小心了
我最近訂的Luc Besson Collection從下訂到寄出真的不到24小時

後來才發現有75元可減10元的coupon卻已經來不及使用
實在很想哭:cry:

小弟早把1-click關了
奈何第一次訂定ship in 24 hours的片子就掛點
連coupon都來不及用>_<
我看這兩張關鍵報告跟k-19想賣也沒人要
AMAZON回給我這篇文章
可以幫小弟翻譯一下嘛?!
