我在阿媽爽訂的"亂"還沒收到，想請英文好的大大幫忙一下，如何寫信給阿媽爽，感謝~

Dear Amazon Staff,

I ordred the DVD [這裡請打訂的DVD的英文片名] on [訂的日期]. According to you record, DVD for order number [訂單號碼] shipped out on [amazon寄出的日期]. However, I have not receive the DVD. Please check and verify the status of the order. Thank You

其實寫信給阿嬤爽的時候,他會要求打出order的編號
如此他就會瞭是那個item出問題了
這位網大已經寫得粉好了,照表操課即可:D

基本只要寫上order number就可以了,CD title可以不用:)

先別急吧，請問你的寄送方式是那一種？
如果是最便宜的話，現在還沒收到，還算是在它預估的時間內，所以現在
寫信去問的話，amazon也是會先請你再等一下！
