下列是我在amazon下的單，我不懂為何會有 Promotional Certificates: --$3.00這一項"負負3元"的錢，是amazon的系統有錯嗎?這是stl下單的片為何這買會比沒有stl來買還貴呢?小弟英文不好，不知要如何寫給amazon，請好心的大大幫我做主啊!
