要求amazon.ca重寄，改shipping要注意關稅？
 

各位大大：
我昨天告訴amazon.ca我的BOB沒收到，
他認為是寄丟了，
但是還是希望我去郵去確認一下情況。

在板上看到一篇網友要去郵局找國際包裹，
他有說要怎麼找，
但是卻有另外一位網友說怎麼可能讓你找得到，
只有國際快遞才有可能有編號讓你找？
真是一團亂。
所以我也不想去問郵局了。

我還有要求amazon.ca若要重寄請改成standard international shipping，
但是他回我的信中說到：

Please be aware that, because your original shipment never passed
through customs, the replacement shipment may be subject to the taxes
and duties of your country. Any customs or import duties owed on the
value of the original shipment will be levied once the package
reaches the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from
country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office
for further information.

告訴我可能會造成關稅上的問題，
會讓我在收到物品時還要補稅等等，
但是我是要求從
Expedited International Shipping
改成
standard international shipping
是利用比較便宜的寄送方式，
難道還會有關稅或是運費不足的問題嗎？

請問一下會有如他說的問題嗎？

應該是說amazon已經補寄給你
但是如果補寄的物品超過3000
可能會被扣稅
這部分你要自己負擔
amazon只負責補寄給你
關稅就不理你了

問一下Expedited International Shipping是屬於掛號郵件.還是一般郵件.因為要是掛號的郵件.郵局應該查的到.

在amazon的定義：
Expedited International Shippingg是表示
air international shipping(空運)

standard international shipping是表示
surface international shipping(海運)

所以兩者都是平信，
只是速度不同而已，

國家跟國家之間的所謂掛號信件
我想只有快遞(DHL, UPS, Fadex, EMS)吧！

但是.ca的standard international shipping也是用air mail喔！

唉~~~~~~~，
我說了這麼多，
其實最重要的就是想買一區的DVD，
想要用amazon的網購，
但是想安全確實的收到我訂的貨物就好了，
也許若在一次寄丟，
我就直接以後都用快遞了啦！
用較高額的運費降低自己鬱卒的等待貨物的心情吧！

各位的看法呢？

只是覺得快遞買片划不來! 要多點保障, 把英文地址弄到跟郵局翻的一樣, 再找個有管理處代收件的地址應已把風險降低了!:p
