小弟正想寫信去威脅"阿媽爽"，但是苦於1英文破 2.法律常識爛
有沒有人願信寫信去，當然是站在法律上面去威脅,用$7.87賣偶

國外的消費者會這麼沉默嗎?

嗯, 我沒很注意看它的mail, 但其中好像有提到站上的 HELP 中有說明此種情況下它們有權這麼做, 我雖沒上它們站上確認, 但很多公司或網站好像都有類似"有權審核訂單或決定接受與否" 這樣的字句, 我想它們應該也是這樣吧 !

嗯 這樣也有道理
畢竟他們怕有小孩拿父母親的卡亂玩

訂這種機車條例是為了保障他們自已的權益

沒人想做賠本生意吧!

PS.我認為亞馬遜亂沒品的,像上次HP印表機在網路賣價錯誤,雖然發現後立即更正,
但之前賣錯的還不是照賣. ( 各位應該對這個新聞有印象吧 )

反正他們網站也沒賺錢，美國線上還再投資一億美金，大家取消訂單他們可能也不痛不癢。

以前好像某航空公司的網路售價也犯了同樣的錯誤,
最後也是只好照價出售~

請問各位大大,到底要不要取消訂單,因為小弟一起訂了5片,不知道若不回應是否就照原價購買,那就虧大了
