哇!這樣20塊的加幣就像丟到垃圾桶了!
連買都不敢買了,就算下單了,也不知道會不會被砍單。
真希望有加拿大的網友可以去告dvdsoon......

我也是有同樣的想法...所以我實在沒信心了..
雖然說我只被卡了8塊多...
那是因為我之前就受過他們很多氣了..
我之前就覺得..如果要下單就要有被騙錢的準備
所以都只敢下小單...
之前就算知道阿媽爽比較貴..我也是一次買個七八片寄台灣
至少...清清楚楚..不像dvdsoon..那麼ooxx

天天dvdsoon都有驚人之舉

今天dvdsoon已經開始cancel之前pending的訂單
不過被dvdsoon砍單後剩下的store credit(現在應該正名為Non-refundable credit)
竟然沒有退回帳戶
訂單都白白被砍

真不曉得dvdsoon明天還會上演什麼好戲 :stupefy:

我今天也收到cancel的信
還有一個order在pending中 我想也會被cancel

有個疑問
這兩個order(total $39.87)
其實在6月23日同一個訂單(cad$56.81) 但因cancel其中一個item後重下單的
所以在6月就扣款
這樣我還能跟信用卡公司要求不要付款給他們嗎? 或是退部份的錢? :(

我剛剛做了 只有最後要敘述情況會花時間
英文不好也沒關係
重要是讓這單位收到很多的complaints
我想他們比較會去調查

這裡討論 甚至有人被cancel order也沒有receive store cred也沒有receive store credits.

dvdtimes.co.uk也有相類似的討論

我還有4天就超過60天的限制 得趕快跟credit company聯絡

剛剛我也收到砍單的信了..跟本都還不到60天..
我回信給它..講的語氣不算太好..不過我真的是越講越生氣..
如果說國外有要串聯告訴之類的..我一定參加..雖然我只被咬了9.11CAD

但是它們實在太賤了...
希望大家都寫信去罵!!
雖然說我大部份寫信去它都不回!
但是我也要一直給它寄..讓它知道我們並不是這樣就算了!

反正要抱怨就給它抱怨下去...

可是好像要註冊才能抱怨?

再抱怨一下
我之所以會在6/22下個$56.81的單子是因為有VISA 15% off的折扣
DVDSoon惡劣的地方在於早在5,6月時supplier就有問題了
還用coupon吸引顧客下單騙錢
