這麼好喔~~~不過.com的東西都好貴...
雖然郵資較便宜....且同等級郵資的運送速度較快....
我是覺得送coupon才是雙贏....消費者爽~~~賣方又有賺頭~~~

我7日下單(第一次),隔天要增加片子,把整個item刪掉,重新來過。
結果短短的時間之內,有兩片1/7日發行的片子漲價了,兩部合台幣漲
了200多元,雖然不是很多錢,但太快了吧~~~~還不到兩天的時間。
居然‥‥ 是發行的當天訂才有如此的優惠嗎?本來都是13點多的。

我的片子預估要3月底~4月初才會收到,好久,漫長的等待啊!!!!

跑去別的地方買,然後東西又收到了,這時消費者手上有兩套同樣的商品~~
消費者若遵循誠信原則乖乖地退回商品,就算補償寄回的郵資~~
那消費者跑到郵局寄東西所花的時間跟車錢要誰付呢??
所以商家應不應該額外給消費者一些補貼呢??
既然您的英文不錯,那可不可以麻煩問一下Amazon如何處理這種狀況??

Perhaps we should look at this incident as two separate parts.
1. You did not get your package on time
2. You bought R3 BOB

Regarding number 1, I know that you did not get your DVD on time. Amazon.ca did try to solve your problem by offering to refund to you. After you finally got your package, you did the right thing and told them that you have received the package. Therefore, Amazon.ca gave you free shipping to compensate for your 'loss'. If I wanted to return a package, I do not think any e-tailer would refund my shipping charges back to the company. Honestly, do you really think that Amazon.ca would care about the time and expense it took for you to ship back the package? Those are the risks we have to take when we buy things on line right?

As for number 2, Amazon.ca did not ask you to buy R3 BOB. Therefore I do not believe that they should take the responsibility for that.

老爹認為amazon.ca已經很認真的幫您處理問題了
就別太苛責了吧

現在也在等他們回覆中
之前反映ca只refund我一半的運費並要我再等
現在期限又到了,看看他們要怎麼辦吧

你是用expedited嗎??
若是的話...我想應該會在一月底收到吧~~~
因為他們expedited是坐船的~~

另外提一下,我之前有實驗性的再跟amazon訂一次...
12/10寄出,standard shipping,收信地址用郵政信箱....
上星期收到了...包裝上第一行字印著"AIR"....
嗯...是航空的.... -_-
