![]() 之前跟日本amazon訂購了兩套白夜行 DVDBOX 有初回特典
可是送到時候 外面的箱子已經被撞凹進去了 打開看 兩個dvdbox 一個底部 一個角都已經有些許凹損 寫了3封信去希望可以退換,但目前都沒有得到任何回應(三天了) 不知道是不是自己比較衰..跟amazon訂購不過是三次...沒有一次是全部完好 每次都要退換...前2次都免費寄給我一份..不知道是否因為這樣 被列入黑名單了 可是我也不想這樣啊 =___________= 誰能告訴我該怎半 目前想到最糟糕的方法就是重新去別的網站買兩套 然後把手上有瑕疵的便宜點自己虧點轉手賣掉(但是又怕被xx國際抓 -_-) 如果有誰有興趣購買 可以pm跟我預約 萬一真不給我換的話 = = 嗚∼該怎半 ...........兩套花了10000多台幣耶! |

覺得像是被列入黑名單..
我碰到這種情形--只有小凹損--通常是自認倒楣 好在也不多見 我不是那麼在意小凹損 |

剛收到回信了,應該是不能換 但可以退還

(你有"3"次紀錄)之前你選擇"普通郵寄"的方式,損壞的物品已有賠償給你 而且你發生的頻率蠻高,有點奇怪(extremely peculiar situation) 這次他們決定退款給你,而且你要將受損商品寄回 另外你寄回的郵資他們也會全額賠償(30天內沒收到EMAIL通知時,你再聯絡他們一次,並告知退回郵資的金額) 一般退款將7-14內完成 最後他們提醒你,下次下單時請考慮郵寄方式,若是再發生損壞或是遺失 他們將不再保證負責 此文章於 2006-07-07 08:54 PM 被 nobody 編輯. |

他們希望你寄回時儘量附上當初的出貨單(packing slip),最好條碼(bar code )貼紙也在. |

恩 真是太衰了
剛突發奇想 如果偷偷把黏在外面的特典物品 撕起來留著 不知道會不會被發現?XD 實在難消心頭的一口氣 如果這個帳號真的進了黑名單 我另外用其他email註冊帳號 用同一張信用卡刷 收件人資料都相同 這樣會不會被查到是同一個人 採連坐法呢 = = |

之前有免費升級快遞的 東西還是有損壞 而且很明顯是放入的時候沒注意(書腰破了 = =) 所以就算是快遞也不一定安全 我在hmv買過好幾次東西 倒是都沒出過事情 強烈覺得amazon是不是跟我磁場不合.......= = |

書腰破了這是包裝的問題....跟快遞一點關係也沒有 ![]() 我遇過台灣海關拆開檢查,還把裡頭的東西拆壞 ![]() ![]() 另外七龍珠好像有2套BOX有凹痕 都是購自amazon,這樣你應該舒服一點 ![]() ![]()
