我碰到這種情形--只有小凹損--通常是自認倒楣
好在也不多見
我不是那麼在意小凹損

那是不是以後物品有啥問題

申訴都沒有用了？！

換個email註冊ID可以漂白嗎（信用卡還是用同一張.收件人資料不變 ）？？ = ="

如果沒辦法 那以後只好換地方買了 ＝ ＝

剛收到回信了，應該是不能換 但可以退還
但本人英文程度不甚太好（太久沒唸書 英文都爛掉了）

可以幫我看看 返回的程序跟需注意事項嗎

之前有免費升級快遞的

東西還是有損壞 而且很明顯是放入的時候沒注意（書腰破了 ＝ ＝）

所以就算是快遞也不一定安全

我在hmv買過好幾次東西 倒是都沒出過事情

強烈覺得amazon是不是跟我磁場不合.......= =

書腰破了這是包裝的問題....跟快遞一點關係也沒有

我遇過台灣海關拆開檢查,還把裡頭的東西拆壞
另外七龍珠好像有2套BOX有凹痕
都是購自amazon,這樣你應該舒服一點
