Windows Live Mail應用程式還是可以在Windows 10運作。之前在網路上找到的Windows Live Essential離線安裝檔備份（安裝時僅勾選Windows Live Mail即可）：

若Windows 10版本為2004之後需修改登錄檔（以下為網路文章擷取）：
WINDOWS 10 UPDATE 更新 2004 版本，造成 Windows Live Mail 無法收發信的問題
處理方式:
關閉Windows Live Mail。
在註冊表下
Computer\ HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ Windows Live Mail
創建這3個DWORD條目（我不可用），或者如果存在則更改為1
RecreateFolderIndex = 1
RecreateStreamIndex = 1
RecreateUIDLIndex = 1
重新啟動Windows Live Mail。然後消息顯示對我來說恢復正常，並且註冊表中的3個值重置為0。可以保留原樣。
對我來說，Windows Update 2004之後，具有多個帳戶的WLM中的帳戶顯示已損壞。那也解決了。

Close Windows Live Mail.
In the registry under
Computer \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail
Create these 3 DWORD entries (were not available for me) or change to 1 if they exist
RecreateFolderIndex = 1
RecreateStreamIndex = 1
RecreateUIDLIndex = 1
Restart Windows Live Mail. Then the message display goes back to normal for me and the 3 values ​​in the registry are reset to 0. Can be left as it is.
For me, the account display in WLM with multiple accounts was corrupted after Windows Update 2004. That is also fixed.

1. oe6_v2.2.1_1st.exe
2. Outlook Express for Windows 7-8.1-10 (x86-x64 Bit)
3. OE6_v0.5_中文版

安裝步驟
Step 1 執行 oe6_v2.2.1_1st.exe [安裝完成後毋須進入 Outlook Experss]

Step 2 執行 Outlook Express for Windows 7-8.1-10 (x86-x64 Bit) [安裝路徑同 oe6_v2.2.1_1st - C:\Program Files (x86)\Outlook Express且毋須進入 Outlook Experss]

Step 3 複製資料夾 OE6_v0.5_中文版 至 C:\Program Files (x86)\

Step 4 變更資料夾名稱 C:\Program Files (x86)\Outlook Express => C:\Program Files (x86)\Outlook Express 6

Step 5 變更資料夾名稱 C:\Program Files (x86)\OE6_v0.5_中文版 => C:\Program Files (x86)\Outlook Express

Step 6 執行 C:\Program Files (x86)\Outlook Express 6\Uninstall

Step 7 執行 C:\Program Files (x86)\Outlook Express 6\Uninstal

Step 8.0 執行 C:\Program Files (x86)\Outlook Express\setup.bat

Step 8.1 執行 C:\Program Files (x86)\Outlook Express\msimn.exe

如此，即可快樂正常的使用 Outlook Express

oe以前我也愛用，不過該淘汰就要淘汰。

找OFFICE 2007/2010 OUTLOOK應該都能轉成PST檔。
轉好PST檔，後面就好搞了。

真的沒想到有人OE 能用這麼久∼
更沒想到Livemail 還能繼續收gamil ? (確定嗎？)

總之，我就是一路從OE (win7 不支援) 轉到Livemail (google不支援) 又轉出去的人
最後，我是轉戰到thunderbird 去
一來轉TB後，發現舊OE/Livemail 有的習慣大多能保留
二來是發覺到一些TB好用的地方
最後是後續不用怕TB不更新

不過是否現在GMAIL用在OUTLOOK365不能用POP3收信了嗎?
POP3不行imap可以

HYP大大推薦的thunderbird則可以用POP3收GMAIL

我也是用 Outlook Express6

pop3 是過時的協定
例如資料夾或是手動排序等功能都不支援
這是 Google 的決定，不是 Outlook365 不支援

請問你是信件下載後就沒保留在遠端 server 嗎？
如果是：
1. 你直接在 Outlook express 新增一個 imap 帳號
2. 記得勾選保留遠端信件這功能
3. 然後把 pop3 帳號這邊的信件滑鼠拖曳到 imap 帳號這邊。
4. 開啟 Outlook365 檢查信件是否都過來了
