最近是體重掉不下來
但是BMI跟內臟脂肪掉的比較多 現在BMI是24、體重84、內臟脂肪12(昨天量才11) 果然上大夜班容易胖的快 |

從110->89公斤，現在每週跳繩6天，今天跳了4000個，上網Google了一下，跳繩的衝擊有只有跑步的1/5到1/7 ，大家加油!!
