我前面貼的新聞裡不是有講嗎??? "北市府曾在2010年引用都更條例規定，強制拆除文山區1戶釘子戶，但該建物中部分是違建、拆遷過程並未出現衝突。" 這個不是例子???

由於土地和建築物屬不同人，都更獎勵中有條"劇本"， 叫"處理占有他人土地之舊違章建築建戶獎勵"， 都更建商又多得到八十幾坪"獎勵"， 八十幾實坪市價值多少？！ |

目前看到都更中沒被強制拆除的是
板南線永春站附近 在忠孝東路、虎林街和松山路圍起的區塊 因松山路上的牛肉麵店和機車行抗爭多時 所以該建物已及後面的建物沒有拆除 http://g.co/maps/yqbzz

國小的門面又改了 漂亮的兩層紅磚建築早已灰飛湮滅 大門對面的滷肉飯攤販 如今已轉型成鬍鬚張連鎖店總店 國中的舊址面目全非 改成醜陋的柏油停車場,只剩老樹在嗚咽 2005.06 醜陋的柏油停車場正拆除,老樹已無法嗚咽 2006.09 廣 告已經出現，台北新地標--京站 2011.07.04 我在君品17樓吃小外甥女的雙滿月酒 國中新校址在舊市府後方 舊市府改成當代藝術館 我還是懷念20元的市府員工午餐 怎麼全變 我的青春 我的記憶 台北還是我的 【 家 】 嗎???? |

我家附近某一老舊社區也是在搞都更搞好久
有幾戶獨居老人抗死不搬成了釘子戶 終於今年除夕夜一把火把這全燒個精光 消防隊就在隔避一條街而已 聽說現在該案都更進行很順利 只能說一切都是巧合吧  |

其實新壽這個也是 因為上面原來就是破爛的疑似違建 看我前面給的菇狗街景就知道了 新壽應該是沒想到有人這麼不識相吧XD |
