非常感謝各位網兄們的意見；
也是有其他的人沒有收到，原來其實我並不是孤獨的...-_-a 小弟已經寫信去詢問訂單寄送的問題了，希望很快就會有回應。 ps:小弟所購買的DVD收件地址都是會寫學校，雖然要在行政人員上班的時間才能領取，但至少應該是不會有被幹走的情況才對。 ps2:週末沒人上班要等隔週才能領是最大的不便... |

CD WOW!其實很快就回信了(十分鐘左右)；這個真的值得好好鼓勵一下...啪啪啪啪~~~
所以還要再等個三天看看...-_-a 小小抱怨一下：其實東西寄到花蓮來，通常收件日都「至少」要多加個一天... ---------回覆信件--------- Hi Jin-Gu Thank you very much for your recent order and sorry to hear you are still yet to receive it. 經過上次CD WOW!充滿誠意的回信後，小弟又等了整整六天...(╯-_-)╯~╘═╛
確定今天是拿不到的情況之下，剛剛又寫信去詢問訂單的狀況...(╯-_-)╯~╘═╛ 如上一次的經驗，對方的客服人員馬上就回信了...(這個不用翻桌子) ------------我是分隔線---------------- Hi Jin-Gu Thank you very much for your recent order and sorry to hear you are still yet to receive this item - it really should have reached you by now. I can only assume that this item has been lost in the postal system, and I entirely understand the disappointment this inevitably causes. 之前也有碰到訂貨後,CD WOW在其管道拿不到片時,會通知無貨退錢情形,不夠皆是未出貨情況.
去年在DDD訂貨寄丟了去反應,雖然退錢了,但卻被DDD列入黑名單後續有訂貨就砍單,真奇怪  以此片價差如此大,CD WOW肯出貨感覺就很不錯了. |
