3000萬如果不移美英其實很夠，最主要是加、澳、紐的匯率是往低點走，其實比以前10年容易。最主要是3000萬你能每年產生多少現金流，如果以台股5%，一年150萬台幣，換過去當地貨幣去看當地收入是在百分比哪裡，就是你的生活品質。但台灣一年150萬少說前5%的生活品質，到這些地方肯定沒有。

新加坡生活也是絕對沒問題，但問題一樣，生活品質你接不接受。雖然現在新幣比較強勢，但和美英那個要除30或40，除20和加、紐、澳一樣相對友善太多。  還有新加坡要生存會比較容易。新加坡不像加紐澳有最低工資，會有很多低薪的FT來工作幫你降低生活成本。

還有一個重點在於移民過去能夠從事什麼工作。 如果在當地還能經營個什麼事業跟純靠積蓄跟金融被動收入完全是兩個概念。

在我眼裡，那邊基本上都是玩房產為主。不過3000萬事玩不了啥房產，還有就是萬一租賣出問題，生活就會出問題。這三地其實做啥我看大多差不多， 一般好壞就1-2倍差距最多，不會像在美帝那一樣好壞有天地之別感覺，所以謀到一個正職就差不多了。有那3000萬就當底，不要在亂搞啥事業，那邊不利商，小心虧的底褲都沒了....
