把肉拿去冰半天,再用微波爐解凍成像冰砂的觸感,用刀子銷就可以製作很薄的火鍋肉片

冰在冰庫, 拿出來後拿切火雞的電動刀切.
我也是後來才知道火鍋肉片都要凍成一塊才能用電動切片機切.

BTW, 這整篇看下來,我才深感能夠隨時吃到肉片,是一種何等的幸福啊。
不過,古時候人家沒有削薄片的自動機器,那麼酸菜白肉鍋又是怎樣削出來的呢? 誠心發問。 |
