這兩個是在經濟學中是同一個字啊"monopoly"定義並沒有什麼不同..... 簡單的說是"某一產業只由一家廠商生產產品所構成的市場結構。市場內也沒有其他的替代品。" 但是美國的anti trust 和台灣的公平交易法(其實是抄來的)都都壟斷(玀占)行為做撗大的解釋 泛指"謂事業在特定市場處於無競爭狀態，或具有壓倒性地位，可排除競爭之 能力者" 簡單的說並不需要"只有一家"的獨占... 只要符合以上條件就可稱為壟斷(玀占) 所以寡頭市場的聯合行為也可以被認定為壟斷(玀占) 這和總經中的定義有一些小小的不同 我是電機院的...經濟不是我的major......如有錯誤請多包涵啦 |

壟斷...就好像 台鹽...........壟斷了台灣的鹽類市場 獨占...就像台糖.........獨自佔有台灣糖類市場 SO........總結...........壟斷=獨占....... 這是偶老婆說的.......  PS 她是學經濟的 |

說的沒錯~~ 但是這又不一樣,在台灣早期攸關民生的重要事業是採國營獨占事業,以免市場被圖謀不軌之有心人士操控(像蒜頭被人操控,之前賣到一 斤200多元),破壞國家經濟,在多年前其實已經開放了~~

這就是用中文課本的壞處啦........翻譯 其實英文書的邏輯性真的比較好....也比較好了解 看過一次同學在台灣用的四人幫的"經濟學"我覺得真的比較難了解說... |
