一般商品可以這樣罰~~但是像美食推薦的 部落格 呢???
這該怎樣罰??? 味道這東西是很主觀的~~我覺得好吃~別人不一定認為好吃~ 那如果因為看了美食部落格而去消費~~但是卻吃到不好吃的餐~ 那也是一樣可以開罰嘛?? 但是要怎樣檢舉??? 讓我感覺又只是一個擺著好看的花瓶法案~~

某些程度來說提這種法案是沒錯，不過.......你們立委不是有更為重要迫切的法案該優先通過？這種法案有很急嗎？急到火燒屁股了？.......
