1.每周2天.跑3公里.還100.200人.光最後一個起跑.第一個可能都到終點了~
3公里路跑.弱一點的30~40分鐘.強一點的12~15分鐘....還集合.暖身? 2.畫面中.好像還佔用道路......這要鄉下一點才有可能吧! 不然每周晚上搞2天.......不惹毛一堆汽機車族才怪 3.揪團路跑.還發水.送東西  一整個怪 |
