I am indeed that looking for Song F828, which hasn't come out yet. However, as my question is that I don't understand about the shuttle speed. Isn't 1/30 seconds better than 1 second?????

1" or 1/30" is better?? It depends on what you photo~

Usually 1/30" is better , avoiding your hand-shake , or DC' noise signal ,

1" is somewhat long , leading the image more blur , except using tripod ,
But at night , to catch the weak light , 1" or more is needed~
