1013 is a firmware for drives in master position.
1713 is a firmware for drives in Toshiba laptop.
Use the 1713 firmware only if you have a Toshiba laptop computer and/or a drive shipped with firmware 1713 or 1315!! If your drive is originaly shipped with any other firmware (like 1W13, 1W15...), use the 1013 firmware.
You can make your drive region free (RPC-1) by using these patched RPC-1 firmware (patch by NoJ). The file also includes the flashing utility modified by NEO.
Patched 1713 RPC-1 for drives with 1713 or 1315 firmware only!!
