Multiple independent acquisitions of ACE2 usage in MERS-related coronaviruses

血管緊張素轉換酶 2（ACE2）受體
由具有不同受體結合域（RBD）結構的各種冠狀病毒共享
但我們對這些趨同性獲得事件的理解仍然模糊不清。

在這裡，我們報告了感染 Pipistrellus nathusii（P.nat）
的兩種蝙蝠 MERS 相關冠狀病毒（MERSr-CoVs）--MOW15-22 和 PnNL2018B
使用 ACE2 作為其受體，具有狹窄的同源物特異性。
