再來討論有沒有人教唆陳毅勳操洪仲丘
陳毅勳小卒而已
我是陳毅勳的律師的話 我會勸他供出是誰教唆你操洪仲丘 用來換取減刑或保命 有唸過刑法總論對教唆教唆這概念應不陌生 有一票人教唆副旅長關洪 副旅長再教唆二六九旅某上級狠操洪 二六九旅某上級再教唆小卒陳毅勳下手 依刑法29條規定 教唆他人使之實行犯罪行為者，為教唆犯。 教唆犯之處罰，依其所教唆之罪處罰之。 只要供出是誰教唆你操洪仲丘 被供出的人必定反咬上去 一缸子的人都跑不掉 |

7年以上到無期徒刑，看到時候怎麼判了，給你安家費判無期徒刑你收嗎？

如果安家費有喬好， 就算用凌虐致死這條來判好了，也會念在初犯且收押期間表現良好，判個七年意思意思 軍檢你還期望會判到無期徒刑嗎?? 更不用說到時候證據都沒有，最後用業務過失致死輕判!!
