UPS不會叫你寫報關的資料
但是會請你你的身分證影本給他報關用

Status check inputs > Received but not shipped
RMA number: xxxxxxx
The returned defective hard disk drive was received and the replacement hard disk drive has not been shipped yet.

Received but not shipped 的意思是他已經收到你的硬碟
但是replace的硬碟還沒運出去
並不是海運的意思喔~
我的經驗...11/6寄小黑貓,11/7到TWLC,11/10ups通知我fax身分證
11/13收到回來的硬碟
你拿到送回來的硬碟時會有詳細的報關.裝箱的資料
