當您嘗試用 Windows Media Player 播放檔案時，可能會接到下列其中一個或多個錯誤訊息：
檔案格式錯誤。(錯誤=8004022F)
無法播放檔案。格式不支援。(錯誤=80040265)
無法播放視訊：找不到適合的解壓縮器。(錯誤=80040255)
找不到篩選器的組合，所以無法轉換資料串流。(錯誤=80040218)
這個檔案的來源篩選器無法載入。(錯誤=80040241)
無法開啟。Please verify that the path and filename are correct and try again (Error=8007000D). (請確認路徑和檔名是否正確，並再試一次 (錯誤=8007000D)。)
發生的原因
這個問題的發生原因可能是以下任何一項：
您所嘗試播放的媒體檔案不是 Windows Media Player 所支援的檔案格式，
或者媒體檔案使用的轉碼器不受 Windows Media Player 的支援。
部分 Windows Media Player 檔案遺失或者損毀。
媒體檔案損毀。
媒體檔案使用未安裝的轉碼器。
作業系統沒有音訊功能。例如：
電腦中沒有音訊裝置
沒有安裝或停用了正確的音訊裝置驅動程式
使用的是 Windows NT 和 Windows 2000 終端機 (不具音訊功能)
Windows XP 終端機設定成不播放音訊
解決方案
如果要解決這個問題，請執行下列步驟，並在每項步驟後進行測試，查看問題是否解決：
重要：請注意，Windows Media Player 程式無法播放目前可用的每一種媒體檔案類型，但的確有支援最常見的媒體檔案類型。因為這個緣故，所以請確認您的媒體檔案類型有受到支援，如果沒有的話，請不要執行步驟 1 之後的步驟。如果 Windows Media Player 不支援您使用的檔案格式，請連絡該檔案的發佈者，詢問其是否有提供該檔案的檢視器。

請確認 Windows Media Player 支援您所使用的檔案格式。Windows Media Player 支援下列清單中的檔案格式：
Windows Media 格式副檔名：.asf、.asx、.avi、.wav、.wax、.wma、.wm、.wmv
注意：.wmv 檔案受到 Windows Media Player 版本 6.4 及更新版本的支援。
Moving Pictures Experts Group (MPEG) 副檔名：m3u、mp2v、.mpg、.mpeg、.m1v、.mp2、.mp3、.mpa、.mpe、mpv2
Musical Instrument Digital Interface (MIDI) 副檔名：.mid、midi、.rmi
Apple QuickTime、Macintosh AIFF 資源檔副檔名：.qt、.aif、.aifc、.aiff、.mov
Unix 副檔名：.au、.snd
注意：Windows Media Player 支援以 Apple QuickTime 版本 1 和 2 所建立的檔案。Windows Media Player 不再支援 .ra、.rm 和 .ram 檔案格式。
在 Windows Media Player 中播放另一支與您接到錯誤訊息時所使用的檔案具有相同副檔名的檔案。如果另一支檔案可以正確播放，則您之前想要播放的檔案可能已經損毀。如果您在播放每一種檔案時也接到錯誤訊息，請繼續下一步驟。
