在美國有％95以上消費者投訴，不喜歡看到DVD畫面有上下黑邊，所以之前美國百視達出提供出租的DVD都是全螢幕的，後來是因為網友聯合（喜歡寬螢幕的族群）抗議，百視達才又提供寬螢幕版DVD供出租。
在美國喜歡全螢幕的人多的讓您難以置信......
