About Clean CMOS!!

After I finished run the runme.bat, then turn off the power(unplug the power supply) and Clear the CMOS


Or

After I finished run the runme.bat, then config the BIOS, inside thw windows XP, then shut down, after that (nee to unplug the power supply) and Clear the CMOS??


Clear BIOS
1-2 ---> 2-3 for a few seocnds and put it back to 1-2 again?!!
