Combine order 當然會省錢..
省基本運費..
不過 combine order 如果配合 coupon 使用的話, 要有技巧.
rule 如下:
1. 兩筆皆有用 coupon --> 不能 combine
2. 舊訂單有用 coupon, 新訂單沒有 --> combine 後 coupon 會被吃掉
3. 舊訂單沒有 coupon, 新訂單有 --> combine 後 coupon 繼續存在
