為什麼我用 powerdvd 抓圖出現

No YUY2 overlay surface is available
Possible reasons: using GDI, old video card, bugus driver, bad luck
things you can try:
- 更新驅動程式
- 重裝 DirectX 8.1
- 裝 AGP driver

這些字樣呢？？
上述三個方法都試了還是無法解決.....
