英文好的人可幫幫我嗎?

我在amazon買片但只收到部份的片子,於是就寄一封信告訴他們,amazon就寄一封信給我但偶的英文不好看不太懂請各位大大幫幫我,看完後請告訴我該怎麼做,下面是信的內容:

Deutsche Post on October 5th. These shipments may take as long as
16 business days to reach their destination; since that time has
passed,
it does appear that this package has been lost.
