20th Century Fox have announced the details for their December 18th release of Moulin Rouge. The movie will be released under their acclaimed Five Star Collection and will feature an anamorphic transfer and English DD5.1/DD2.0 soundtracks.

As with the previous Five Star Collection discs, this package will boast a whole host of extra features including a commentary by director Baz Luhrman and Don McAlpine, a second 'writing' commentary by Baz Luhrman and Craig Pearce, eight behind-the-scenes featurettes with branching, The Making Of Moulin Rouge HBO Special, five Star featurettes, six extended scenes, four re-cut dance sequences, an interview with John O'Connell and Caroline O'Conner, dance pre-shoots, three multi-angle dance sequences, two music videos and a live MTV performance of Lady Marmalade, a stills gallery, early script drafts, trailers and 10 easter eggs.
