小弟是第一次刷卡,前天用富邦虛擬信用卡在amazon買dvd,但隔天
amazon回我e-mail訊息說我的卡被拒絕,其訊息如下:

Greetings from Amazon.com.

We wanted to let you know that your Mastercard (exp. 06/2004) is
being declined by the issuing bank. To avoid further delay, you may
want to contact the bank to resolve this matter. Alternatively, if the
card has been updated or revised in any way recently, we will need to
receive that new information so that we can process this order
successfully for you.

我的卡是6月剛辦的,而且我確定我有開卡成功(因我有再次check過),
請問有沒有人用虛擬卡也碰上相同問題的,煩請告知小弟該如何解決?

有一個問題我不確定,就是刷卡過程中有一欄"name"是要填當初申
請虛擬卡時所填的英文姓名,還是中文姓名?

不是只要卡號和卡的到期日就有辦法消費了嗎?

我是填英文姓名,但富邦寄來的卡號通知單上印的姓名是用中文姓名,
不知姓名欄是不是刷卡時會check?
