CD-wow.net has pretty good prices. I bought "Back to the Future" R4 ($25), "The Others" R3 dts ($12), "Near Dark" R1 ($15) from them including shipping to US.

However, like many e-tailers, if the DVDs are damaged during freight, you have to ship the DVDs back at your own expense
