I use Iwill motherboard too. I also faced problem last time. Your can try the following configuration, it works on my PC. Hope this will help you!

Primary Master IDE: HD1
Primary Slave IDE: HD2
Secondary Master IDE: CD-RW
Secondary Master IDE: CD-ROM/DVD-ROM
