MAYOR MAY NOT: NYC Mayor Mamdani says his administration is exploring whether the city can arrest Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu if he visits New York for the UN General Assembly this month.
Mamdani, a self-described democratic socialist, called Netanyahu a "war criminal" who "belongs in the Hague" and confirmed his Law Department is examining what legal authority the city would have to act on the ICC's arrest warrant.
