中華民國乳業協會祕書長方清泉表示，台灣生產牛乳的成本確實較高，因為台灣寸土寸金。接著他說，台灣酪農賣到工廠的生乳，每公升約30元，經過加工、送到通路，最後賣90元，價差落在1比3，但美國和歐洲卻是1比2左右，不解國內上架費為什麼較高。

我猜最低工資，通路這些就是最低工資影響最多的。從酪農到生產，這些人數其實很固定，也沒啥大幅調薪，能貢獻漲幅有限。
說到鮮奶價格，想到就是之前看到有人分享過泰國日本進口的鮮奶便宜。2L 100台幣。

不過泰國最低工資一天400左右，你只能買四瓶。菲律賓價格和泰國差不多，最低工資也差不多。鬼島你一天最低薪資1600，一瓶160你能買10瓶。事實上現在最低薪資其實能買到鮮奶還有剩讓你去多買幾顆蛋，2008-2011那時最低薪資當時約是直接等值沒有剩，這是很多人不願意提的。  另外就是新加坡和香港，新加坡沒有最低工資，香港現在有。香港最低工資和台灣差不多，但香港收入是高於台灣一倍的，這就是你要掏錢的地方。
