如果他是私人行程, 以一般身份/遊客進入, 為什麼不能去看棒球, 拍照, 等行程?
日本是中國大陸, 還是北韓嗎? 日本是一個自由民主國家, 不是共產國家.
如果是公務身份出訪, 哪些能去, 哪些不能去, 要日本配合, 那我就認同你的說法

私人身份有那好用，那台灣外交就沒啥困境了。。。 
說真的我是不大相信那些政治人物會瘋棒球到包機。想一想最後影武者可能是美帝。美帝在打伊朗，在意西台灣一定會否決這行程的。搞不好設局要台灣這邊給我跑這行程，你不跑還不行。 日本我想和中國關係在冰點又剛好近311直接就過了。。
