一線城市是很大的,物價房租差距也是很大的,房產泡沫戳破後,房價是有下跌,但很多對台灣工薪族來說也是負擔不起,倒是房租就便宜多了,因為空房更多了,但目前這種低價能持續多久?沒人知道.
要是不反共,趁著現在低價趕快去好好享受一番,有便宜不佔不是傻了?
我前年底就趕快去換台胞證,去年開始跑大陸玩了.

我覺得現在去日本比較實在。。。  西台灣2030之後我再來看，反正我離變老頭還有一段時日，不急。以一個經濟循環落底少說要10-15年，以現在形勢我認為底還沒到。。
